Once again, it is a new year–a time to reflect and to focus on the long healthy life you intend to live. Hold to your heart the affirmation that you are and will be a survivor. Smile, live, laugh, love and renew your commitment to vibrant health. Maintaining optimal health requires our attention on a daily basis. If you took a few steps backward in your efforts, don’t worry. Today is the first day of the rest of your life; go for it.
I thank you for reading my blog, which was visited over 79,000 times this year. Most visitors came from The United States. Canada & U.K. were not far behind, but I love that I had visitors from 165 different countries. What I also find most inspiring is while my number one post was once again Natural Alternatives to Tamoxifen (January 2012) with almost 18,000 views, Are Your Headphones An EMF Health Risk? (April 2013) came in close with over 14,000 views which means people are really beginning to realize the importance of techno-safety, which is fantastic. I look forward to adding more inspiring posts this year. If you haven’t checked out my Survive and Live Well Radio Show replays, you can find them here.
